Matthew Jones, the founder and owner of Montana’s Finest Electrical Contactors or MFEC for short, started his company with two goals in mind:
1. Helping people stay connected.
2. providing Billings and surrounding areas with the ‘finest’ electrical work the state has to offer.
Quality craftsmanship and putting the customer first are his upmost priorities. He also enjoys building solutions for any project that brings the light to the darkness.
Our Story
Matt was born and raised in rural Montana an has grown to appreciate the principles he was taught at a young age that there is immeasurable value that is derived from hard work and attention to detail. He also has a solid moral and ethical foundation that always pushes him to do what’s right, which as a small business owner illuminates his honesty and integrity. When Matt shows up to your farm, ranch, home, job site or business you can rest assured you will be getting a high quality product with his degree in Electrical Technology and several years working in the field as a licensed electrician. From complicated issues such as concerns about emergency backup power, to things as simple as a kitchen remodel or adding a ceiling fan, no job is too big or too small for Matt to take on.
